IndiaEVisa.us reserves the right not to issue cash refunds in the event of early termination of the contract. Refunds are only available in specific eligible circumstances described in this policy.

Only the fees collected by us — being our service fee and any optional service fees — may be eligible for a refund. Government visa fees paid to the Indian government are entirely separate and are not refundable by us under any circumstances.

If any queries arise regarding a payment you have made, please contact us promptly so we can assist you. Do not wait — prompt communication helps us resolve payment issues faster.

Important: A refund will only be considered if you have paid for our service and meet the Refund Eligibility Criteria described below. Please review this policy fully before submitting a refund request.

When a Refund May Be Granted

You may be eligible for a refund only in the following specific circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you have accidentally submitted the same application twice, the duplicate payment is eligible for a full refund of the duplicate amount paid.
  • Payment Made in Error: If a payment was made in error (such as an incorrect amount charged), the amount shall be refunded to the correct account after verification.
  • Cancellation Before Government Submission: If you cancel your application before it has been submitted to the Indian government / Immigration Authority, a partial refund may be issued. A cancellation fee applies in this case.

Duplicate applications: If you have submitted a duplicate application in error, you are eligible for a full refund of the duplicate payment amount. Contact us immediately with your application reference numbers.

When a Refund is NOT Available

The following situations are not eligible for a refund:

  • After Government Submission: Once your application has been submitted to the Indian Immigration Authority / High Commission for approval, no refund is available regardless of the outcome.
  • Visa Refusal by the Government: If your eVisa application is refused by the Indian Immigration Authority / High Commission, no refund is available for either our service fee or the government fee. Visa approval decisions are solely at the discretion of the Indian government.
  • Government Website Technical Delays: Refunds are not available in the case of delays caused by technical issues with the Indian government's website, including system malfunctions or scheduled website upgrades. These are beyond our control.
  • Visa Not Utilized: Visa fees and service charges are non-reimbursable if you choose not to travel to India or do not use your approved eVisa after the service has been completed.
  • Government Visa Fees: The visa fee paid directly to the Indian government is entirely non-refundable under all circumstances. This fee is collected by and remitted to the Indian government.

Please note: Processing begins immediately once you submit your application on our portal. We strongly recommend reviewing all application details carefully before submitting and making payment.

Cancellation Policy

Once you submit an application through our portal, we immediately begin the application process with the Indian Immigration Authority / High Commission.

If you have not yet submitted your application for government approval and wish to cancel, a cancellation fee applies to cover our administrative and processing costs already incurred.

If your application has already been submitted to the Indian government for approval, cancellation is not possible and no refund will be issued.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible at visa@indiaevisa.us or call +1 (800) 555-0199 with your application reference number. Early contact improves the likelihood of cancellation before government submission.

Refund Process & Timeline

If your refund request is approved, please allow up to 25 working days for the refund to be processed and returned to your original payment method.

We will notify you by email whether your refund request has been approved or declined, with reasoning.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Allow up to 25 working days from approval.

IndiaEVisa.us reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

If you disagree with any changes to this Refund Policy, you should stop using our services. If you continue to use our services after a policy change takes effect, your continued use indicates that you agree to be bound by the updated Refund Policy.
